…Sometimes all you need is a good nature walk.  I’ve been a bit down lately, and we went for an amazing jaunt in the woods today, and now I feel completely revitalized.  I find when you are in nature, all your worries shrink away and seem so completely insignificant, you become inspired and feel so at peace, or at least I do.  I really should do it on a complete regular basis, as it seems to be so good for my soul.

I totally agree! Nature walks or nature gazing, helps to put the daily crappy stuff in perspective. Last weekend I watched an eagle out of my kitchen window, flying high up catching the thermals. Beautiful.

Oh I hear you - very good advice! I desperately need a walk right at this very moment - just waiting for my boyfriend to return from breakfast and then we're off. I am sorry to hear you've been feeling a bit blue - it sounds like that walk did the trick though. These ridonculous P. kittens helped my mood a lot - thank you and hope you have a good week ahead! :0)

Nature is very energising! More people should make the effort to get in touch with it sometimes. Me included. Even living in a city there are lots of gorgeous parks around here, so i have no excuse!

oh to be one of these kitties on the prowl in nature and just soaking it up!

i used to let my kitties outside (BRIEFLY), until one got super sick and i had to nix THAT little treat for them. d'oh.

getting outside helps. i'd love to go on a nature jaunt! i drove 2 hours to the desert yesterday and got LOST and never found the poppy fields i was in search of. bad directions. or i wrote them down wrong, or i am straight up retarded. i was so sad to have wasted the day, but whaddya gonna do. a nature retreat is in order next weekend. a must do!
