FARP Logo Contest!

…for any of you animal lovin’ graphic designers or artists out there, there is a super exciting Logo Contest for the Amazing “The Fabulous Animal Rescue Project”. There is an awesome prize, as well as some wondrous exposure for emerging designers. This is one of the best Rescue Projects on the Net, with all heart of gold contributing artists, photographers and crafters alike. …I loves when randomly online surfing you come across stuff you ADORE! That happened today with Sushi Cats by Christina Sivaro. These illustrations kill me. She has an Etsy Shop called “Bluebirdie Boutique” that you should all check out. Tons of great artwork for sale. I want one so bad. What a TOUGH decision though!!!

the Fabulous Animal Rescue Project

…I wanted to let you guys know of the amazing Fabulous Animal Rescue Project that Stacy from "Stuff" (the coolest cat toy store on the planet as far as I’m concerned) started.  How it works is people like you, me, kids, everyone can donate artwork or photographs of your favorite animals or animals you love which are then turned into greeting cards and sold as adorable sets on Etsy.  If you choose not to donate than you certainly should check out the card sets and consider purchasing them to support these amazing causes.  The sets are wonderfully cute and I cannot wait to purchase one.  Stacy has an insane huge heart of gold and only $1 goes to supplies for creating these cards and the rest of the proceeds of the sets sold are given to a Monthly Chosen Charity.  This month’s charity is a Blind Cat Rescue & Sanctuary.  Check it out HERE!!! :D

It's Snowing and Blowing

...We are getting our first major snow blizzard today. A nice day to be indoors. There is a warning of 0 visibility in some areas, so there is no way I am driving today. Its becoming quite the Winter Wonderland outside and is quite magical looking.

...I also wanted to say that last week I received my "The Four Season" Print set from the amazingly, insanely talented Sam. I am in LOVE with her art. I want to buy MORE but will have to wait when funds are more around. She is actually having a great sale of 3 prints for 2, what a great deal and her prices are awesome to begin with.
