I adore tights and cannot own enough. My favorite place for wicked cool, cheap tights is Winners...They always have at least a handful of tights I cannot live without. I love all different styles...lace and different colors and even just the plain ones...They can really make an outfit boom! I know its getting warmer so some people might not find this post suitable, but here in East Coast, Canada...its still tights weather, thats for sure!
...it seems tights do have to be worn in a specific way or they can look quite trashy, I'm not big on the tights with the torn holes everywhere look... I like the more lower key, modest look with tights myself...its just a little bit of sexy thrown in there, without looking over the top tramp.
