…umm…these are so awesomely peculiar that I can’t even handle it. I’ve been looking at brancusi7’s flickrstream for 30 minutes+ now, and I can’t stop staring. I have this strange attraction to weird, always have… and I cannot seem to shake it. I hope someone else enjoys these oddballion photo-manipulations as much as I do…

…These illustrations by NY based Hong Kong artist Victo Ngai are so amazingly unique. They take you to a different place. I love the flowiness and line work so much. I also just love her use of color..I feel like I am looking at color palettes I’ve never seen before. You can see more at her website & blog.

…I wouldn’t mind this contraption in my kitchen. I would be smiling too.  I seem to forever be in over my head with dishes.  I will have finished a couple counters worth, and than within a few hours there is another sink load to be done. ARGH. I just don’t get it.  I love a clean house, but I really find cleaning insanely boring.  I now put on an interesting documentary or podcast while I clean so my brain is stimulated enough.  Is that weird??

…this is like the longest overdue post ever.  I have been a HUGE fan of the sweetest blogger on the planet Sam, her blog & artwork since I laid eyes on them, months and months ago.  I cannot even think of any amazing description to explain how much I love her illustrations, sorry, just look at them...  Her style is brilliant , and her specialities just to name a few are amazingly stunning art deco ladies, birds, cats, etc.  Her cats make me so happy..she captures them so  sweetly and perfectly.  I own a set with the most adorable birds wearing little suits, and they will bring a smile to anyone.  One of her cutey felines are up next on my list of wants!!!
