The Dog Smile

…The dog smile I’m referring to is not the “classic” smile look they get when they are panting. I actually mean the toothy grin variety. Some dogs actually bare their teeth for you upon greeting, or when they are just so happy they cannot stand it. And it strikes me as one of the most hilarious things ever.

I read somewhere that dogs in the wild don't do this and that this "dog teeth" thing really is a smile that domestic dogs have learnt from humans. These are hilarious photos!! :0)

The best is when they do it when they get in trouble. "just smile and she'll stop saying bad dog!!" Love these photos!!!

I am wondering if the 6th dog from the bottom is some kind of hybrid mixed with a bat. ha

Something tells me not all of these dogs are grinning a happy grin. But they sure have a good overbite. Dogs, you gotta love em!
